Pricing on subdomain affects ranking?

I have website where product pages are on main domain and the pricing pages for the product pages are on sub domain. The confusion is that, does it affect my ranking as users land main page and exit from main page for pricing. And now Google consider subdomain individually for ranking. So does Google consider that users left from my main domain as a exit page?
