I was wondering if anyone knows the pricing model for IT services. By IT services I mean companies who go onsite and fix computers for other businesses and corporations, install networks, install software, repair virus damage, etc.

I am guessing that an IT company has to pay a qualified tech $25/hour and then charge the end customer $75 to $150? I've also seen companies charging $35/hour, but I'm not sure how they stay in business. Any suggestions from people who really know? Thanks in advance!
