I listed some items for sale and made a mistake with the price. Its obvious and he knows it but is saying that its sellers remorse. Its going to be a lose for me and I have 2 choices, not to ship it and take 2 negative feedbacks or send the items and lose over $100 with shipping, fees, and price I paid for the items.

What should I do? Take the bad feedback or lose the money?

just cancel the transaction on the pretext that the items are damaged .If the buyer refuses to cancel the transaction, just call ebay and tell them that you have discovered the item is defective just before shipping the item and request to cancel the listing !

I tried to cancel it based on a price mistake. The guy said no to both requests.

So I can call ebay and try and cancel the item again and say they are damaged?

call ebay and tell them the items are damaged , this might work out they will decide to cancel the transaction or send the buyer an invoice with the correct price

Well, it depends on how much do you care about that account.
If it's a great account that's making you money, you could probably take some loses.

Well i called and told them the items were damaged and they canceled the transaction. Just waiting for it to update.

Buyer got the short end if the stick this time. Next time he should work with me instead of fighting me.

At least it's all sorted and without you having to be out of pocket.

Shame the buyer didn't comply though.

I would have worked with him and gave him a great price but he kept threatening "feedback." I took that to mean negative feedback. I didn't want to take that chance. Just going to have to sell them off ebay.
