Prevent newbie "pointless" bumps

Look at this thread for example:

It was just bumped by a newbie for no good reason. I can't really blame a newbie for doing that, but I think that the forum can avoid showing this thread n the homepage and in the subforum that contains it.
I think that a reasonable threshold could be 2-3 months old threads.
 
We have discussed the topic of automatically locking old threads in the past.

We don't have any official rules against bumping old threads so long as the member is posting genuinely. Because of this, we never implemented an auto-locker across the forum.

In the thread you linked to, the newbie who bumped it had a genuine statement to make, so we don't have any reason to lock the thread or delete their post.
