Been using this provider for more than 2 months
a friend of mine shared the proxy with me and it was good

he is buying 15 GB and it was enough for both of us so this month decided to buy the proxy myself doing the same thing I was doing before (managing some accounts with it) so no big consumption, first when I bought they provided just 12GB instead of that 15 and after 13 days my proxy stop working so I contacted support and they said I finished my 12 GB witch is very strange since I was doing the same exact thing that I was doing when shared the proxy with my friend, so the admin was good with me and added 6GB to my plan so I can at least finish the month till next billing cycle so I started working with the proxy more carefully but imagine that after 3 days they said my 6GB is finished witch is impossible so this is theft when I see that another service selling proxy from same provider no GB limit and much cheaper witch will move to it now
I would like also to open a dispute maybe we will find other people faced the same problem like on
this thread

Thanks for your feedback and I'm very sorry you weren't satisfied with our service. Just to also give our perspective on this:
  • The customer purchased our base level Three network proxy package with a 50% off first month discount BHW discount.
  • Their proxy stopped working when the data they had paid for ran out with the network provider.
  • The customer contacted us asking why they could not use their proxy and we explained the situation. On our system it appears they purchased a 12GB package however they claimed they had purchased a 15GB package. Upon checking we could confirm that whilst they were on a 12GB package the data allowance they had been allocated was in fact 15GB.
  • As the customer was unhappy with the fact they could not use their proxy due to the lack of data a 6GB bonus data pack was applied to their proxy free of charge.
  • This 6GB bonus data was then used up and again their proxy stopped working.
  • We again explained the situation, double checked their data usage and verified that both our reporting as well as that from the network provider indicated they had used up all of their data plus the extra complimentary data we had provided. A larger data package to meet the customer's needs was then offered at a discount in an attempt to find a solution. Usage logs were also offered to try and find out how the data was used so unexpectedly. We are still waiting to hear back from the customer.

Do your proxies have a trial period?

We currently offer a free 24 hour trial for 2x proxies running on our top level packages from both of our network providers. Drop us a PM or reply Gimme that trial and I'll send over the details.
