Rush card. They used to give you your account and routing number when you registered. Not sure if they still do but that's what i used to use...

    Good luck to you.

Don't know if it still works, but I Netspend gives a card and bank number which I used to verify bank with paypal aroung a year ago. But like I said I don't know if it still works. Try at your own due diligence.

+1 for RushCard. It's actually part of some big bank instead of some dubious maybe-company. Which is good when you don't want to have to wonder if your money's going to disappear into cyberspace :D

    GreenDot is another option...

    Code:
    https://www.greendotonline.com/greendot
However if you are trying to verify a PayPal account anonymously, this will not work because it is mandated by federal law that the name given for the card must match the social security number given as well. You cannot use fake info anymore...that ended in 2006.

I've managed to verify an anonymous paypal account a few months back.

You just gotta do your research.

Are you speaking of a USA PayPal account? The only way you can verify a USA PayPal account is by linking it to a valid USA bank account. Maybe you know something I don't, but I know for a fact that a valid USA bank account is required for verification.

All you have to do for foreign PayPal accounts is add a credit card (or VCC in our case) for verification...Canada and the UK are not included though. They require bank accounts as well and maybe a few other countries do too, I am not sure.

However, if you managed to verify a USA PayPal account with a valid USA bank account without breaking any laws, good job my friend. ;)

i dont see how it breaks any laws, ive gotten them verified before. All your doing is using a bank account to verify the deposits, not anything illegal really.
