[Premium one word domain] - Looking for an SEO who wants to rank

I own a premium one word domain name in the challenges & difficulties niche (think; health, finance, etc.)

Looking for an SEO or someone with a clean PBN who wants to build up a vertical, and will do a profit split in that vertical on my domain.
