Proper customer service is giving notice of updating your ToS (and time to backup and/or move their data) before a suspension occurs. Not suspending and giving vague notices like "violation of terms" + closing all opened support tickets without any answer. P.S. None of my sites included "pharmaceutical shops, which includes Viagra and the like. We also do not allow any hacks or cheats that take advantage of the younger demographic". And you closed 3 of my services at the same time, and one was not even being used yet. But how am I supposed to communicate & fix this issue with you guys if you're not answering anyone's messages?
