I tried to get to you using the livechat but cannot for some reason as i wait 10-15mins and no reply.. tried multiple times and got a prompt or something in the chat saying stephen will talk to me but no reply came..
I have an account and want to renew my subscription.. i can see an option to buy new plan for shared hosting but cannot see option to renew..please help as i am a customer an intend on getting a dedi server in a while too but the customer support is making me think of going elsewhere..
