Prefix Outgoing Ebay Links With Rover

Is there any way to prefix all the outgoing ebay links on my forum with my rover affiliate?

I'm considering adding a "Big Eye on Ebay" forum for members to post their ebay listings or decent ebay listings they find.

If this could be programmed I'm willing to pay.
