    Hi Mates,

One of my friend is using a Windows Server for hosting his sites.. so I asked him if I can use his server for running tools over there like AMR, SenukeX etc.. he is agreed and I am happy..

I am just having few concerns and need your help and suggestions to make sure I will not screw his server anyway..

I have following questions in mind, please feel free to suggest and help :

    1) Is there is any chance that my SEO tools will affect his websites?
    2) Should I use proxies to run tools? or without proxies is fine?
    3) Anything I should take care of? as I am new to tools running on servers!

Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated!

    Thanks :)

Your friend doesn't seem to know what he said yes to ;).

Well beyond the fact that the IP will be flagged, that you'll eat up all the RAM, CPU, Bandwidth according to your thread settings, that he could be banned according to the hosting provider he is with otherwise everything else will be fine.

Seriously, you may want to get your own, it doesn't cost that much for a little VPS and at least you would be quiet with it. You can check my signature to have a price idea, or even going for others BST threads here.

haha thanks for your quick reply!
RAM, CPU, Bandwidth is not an issue.. I am just concern mainly about IPs..
How can I prevent the IPs from getting flagged? so I need proxies? or any other solution?

    Many thanks mate..
