It is, well, sort of. They switched to a new domain, I think its SBA.GOV or something similar. A little Googling and you will easily find it.

It's not offline it just redirects you, but I can't see a single person's backlink working in their signature? Check out the discussion boards - people have tried [url= and <a href= and none of them are working backlinks.

Only I see that there are no more links. Only plain text, son no real backlinks ... yet.
They say they are still moving data to their new address and improving their features.

they have implemented no outbound links in signatures probably due to this thread.

though you can still post links in posts so if you have a relevant business related blog, start an interesting thread with a backlink to a relevant article on your site and start a discussion about it, make it seem like you have an opinion on that article while not seeming affiliated with it.
