Search and found 2 domains of keywords in both. Both same pricing. One with PR2 aged 2012 with hypen in it. The other is PR0 but age 2005. Which one??? Please do not suggest take up both :) Thanks

I am a SEO expert and according to me, it doesn't really matter if your domain is PR2 or aged in order to rank in google.

Just buy the one that has a better name ;)

go for both , build two sites .

    40% - 60% user will go for 1st result .

    30% - 40 % will go for 2nd result .

    just my 2 cents .

I'll go for PR2. I will focus all of my efforts on that website until it increases its page rank. As for the aged domain, it will require you more effort to have its PR.

Do check whether the aged domain has been penalised or not before registering.

I will suggest go with a new domain and do proper SEO on that.

    Hi,

Before buying either of them and purely guessing by pissing in the wind I would suggest you do a detailed analysis of the backlink profile of both domains - www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/...ink-profile-fix-current-future-penalties.html

This will allow you to uncover any potential hidden problems like a Penguin penalty etc

Assuming both are good to go though, I would go with the aged PR0 - as already stated getting PR2 is easy peasey lemon squeezy!

the one with PR2 & hyphen is more better than PR0, it gives you rank + traffic & more clear indication of your business, hyphen is not a restriction with your domain.

There have tons of very important factors, so aged domain or domain with pagerank is NOT dilema!
Check moz domain and page authority, check the trust flow on majestic seo, check the backlinks on openexplorer, see if the aged domain have search terms in the past with semrush, check alexa rank and reviews - than get the better domain :)
