I'm thinking about building a pr0n passwords website, i also know that it's not exactly something you can call "legal ", so what would be the best webhost to get so i'd stay out of trouble?
I'm not based in the US, so if i'd get a webhost like in panama or anywhere else, could i get in trouble in my home country?
I got my domain name with Godaddy, would that be a problem?
I mean, i wouldn't host with them, but could they give my details to anyone?

    Thanks

You have a big problem already... your domain is with godaddy. I have never had any problem with them taking down my stuff, but I have heard 1 too many horror stories about peoples domains being taken because of some simple whois/spam complaint and godaddy simple parks it and you got no control of it once that happens.

I can cancel my domain subscription and make it available to register with another host right?
If i do that, wich registar would be the best one for such a site ( that would keep all my details anon ) ?

Just transfer the domain. Get hosting offshore somewhere.

This is 100% correct Never use godaddy for porn or blackhat and you must go outside the us for a host for legal reasons. I find hosts in Germany don't seem to care at all what you do.

'...I would recommend you stay away from the US and Europe.

Go with Russia or the Baltic States, Asia or anywhere they don't care what they are hosting and will not be pressured to pull the plug on you.

I am paranoid and always register domains and have them hosted in a covert way, even if White Hat.

Alternatively, it is easy to host your own web sites. Anybody else do that?'

You know, I tried to build a pr0n site before when a couple a guys who were up to no good started makin' trouble in my neighborhood... I got in one little fight.. my mom got scared.. she said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-air."

    damn it's late....

Transfering the domain would be safe enough?
I don't want godaddy keeping my whois details even after i've transfered it to another regitar...

If you put your real info for the whois on the domain, its already too late. If you check your domain whois right now at whois.sc people could see what they see right now in the future, even if you change it because of their "Registrar History" tool. I would suggest registering a domain with false, but legitimate info that can be looked up, but not traced to you in any way if you live in the U.S.

Ex: Put the address of a store in another state than yours with all their info, also use an email account you created just for the domain cause people could see what other domains you own by the email you registered with.

Hum, ok, so i screwed it up big time. :(
I'm not in the US, i'm in europe. But my phone number, email name and adress are on the whois. :(
Is there anyway at all of changing?
How about getting another domain and use fake details and email , one from fake name generator .c0m ?

Warezdealer.com . They allow ALMOST everything ( adult, nulled, copyrighted ... ) no phishing or bank scams.
