PR no more...

Hello, just want to know how am I able to bring back the page rank of my site? But before it has a PR4 way back 2006. Here is what I did on why it does not have PR anymore. I use the blog to earn money from PayPerPost, ReviewMe, Smorty, etc. What do you suggest me to do for the blog to have a PR again. I have done link building(onpage, offpage, internal link structure,etc) and have removed the sponsored post and have posted niche post which is not sponsored but still up to now it doesn't have a PR. Could you please help me on my problem

well for starters, do you rmb what you did to get the PR4 in the first place? If you do, just repeat everything again. Secondly, does your blog have any updated content? If it doesn't, it is a good time to update the posts or content now. Lastly, like wat punisher said, generate a whole lot of backlinks! But not any backlinks, backlinks from blogs with high pr.
