PR juice From Domain or Page?

Hi guys if I create a blog on a site 2.0 with PR9... which pr juice I will pass on my link ? that of the domain (ex.pr9) or subdomain (ex.pr0) that of where I put my blog and my links?

sorry for the stupid question but I read that web 2.0 sites with high PR are of great importance for backlink...

You're probably talking about wordpress.com. Well, you won't get a PR9 backlink but even if the blog is PR 0, it will add value.

I refer to all web 2.0 sites that have pr more than 6 bloggers, opera, livejournal etc.
