PPV Question.

Hey there

I need to set up a PPV campaign in order to collect a mailing list. Not done it before, so I would really appriciate any advice you guys can give, ie most cost effective company to use, best way to to target visitors etc. Basically any advice and experience you can share. It's for quiet a big client, so I need to get it right the first time. I have of course looked into it myself, but there's too much info out there and I know this is the best place to get the correct info.
