As some of you might already know the launch of PPP (pay per play) through netaudioads.com is here. The much hyped new advertising media will send audio ads to your website and you will get paid every time someone visits your site. Sounds exciting right...well of course! If it works like it says(nothing ever does) then lots of people can monetize a site(s) without having to worry about conversions. I am not a cynic but I do have my doubts: 1. Quality control-I know lots of untraceable ways to get traffic to my site, it never works for conversions but something like this I could make a killing. 2. A recent blog entry at hXXp://www.sellingppp.com/blog/?p=18 . Now this might look like a normal blog entry, but to me it is a little suspicious at first there was all this excitement built up around the 02-01-08 launch date then all of a sudden there is a change. Now they need a "ramp-up" period, again. The last ramp-up period played no ads, this one will slowly play ads across the network of sites which will las for 30-60 days. This means that some will get ads and others will not. Correct me if I am wrong but I do not remember them saying anything about this before. I am not saying that this is not a good idea to build it up slowly, of course they need to protect there advertisers, but there business partners need to be in the "know" as well. The day before the launch is not acceptable...to me at least. I hope that I am wrong, but this just sounds to good to be true. I'll wait for the results, and if I miss out I think I will just snap my fingers and say damn!

All I know is that I expect to see more news similar to this as they "ramp-up", I suspect that there will be a lot of let downs...we all remember the next big thing...Agloco, right? By the way, have you ever been paid by them. I'm still waiting on my check. lol
