PPI For uTorrent - Best Network For "Quality" Site?

Hi,

planning to include PPI as monetization method in my conversion funnel. This would be US (or other 1st world) traffic, and the program I want to offer is uTorrent.

Problem is, this isn't traffic that I can just "burn" but people that get the installer offered as the first part of the funnel. What network can you recommend me for high payouts, but also with offers that don't turn off my visitors?

I think your thinking more of content locking than ppi. ppi mostly comes in a installer form that installs adware with the program so its hard to turn people of unless it looks really fishy
