PPD networks that have a offer payout option

Hello,

I'm looking for PPD networks that have the option to choose a minimum payout on the offers. So far I found Cleanfiles and zufiles to have this option. Any recommendations? I've got a big project coming up that is going to generate a high volume of downloads but in order to be profitable the minimum payout of each offer needs to be $1 or more

Depends .. for example ...for IN or countries like this you can't get a minimum of $1 payout

Im sorry if i missunderstand, what you wanted to say, but this sounds illogically. Because the big project who generates a really high volume of downloads it will be profitable in any way, the small project with low volume of download will be not so profitable, so people usually look for bigger payouts which are quite impossible to find, because the owners of PPD networks wont pay much for nothing.

yes you are missunderstanding what I want to say. But that is because you don't know the details about this project and I'm not going to explain them. Just trust me, I need a minimum payout of $1 on each offer
