PPC and Virtual Credit Card?

Hey guys, I applied for my very own credit card yesterday
they said it's going to take about a week to get it to my hands.

That credit card was solely because I wanted to start PPC.

In the meantime, I am wondering, can I buy an VVC and use it to PPC network such as Facebook ad, AdWords, Yahoo and such.

DO you guys have experiences like this? (I live in Canada)

and oh, I watched the Inception yesterday, pretty amazing.
