PPC Adds creates backlinks

I have a questions?????

1- If you start paying for advertisements or you do a PPC campaing does that increase the backlinks counts, or better say if those adds will show in diferent website all over the nation and each lcount as a link?

2-And if those links carry out son PR juice or are do-follow?

I suppose it is possible on some ad serving platforms but most of the time the answer is NO.

Ads like AdWords are javascript being displayed and do not count as backlinks.

Unfortunately not no. Your Link never actually does get displayed on a website - instead, your link is represented by something more unique, long and depending on what you are using (i.e AdWords) will be part of their link.

Thanks Guy for the fast response! I do understand your explaination! Seems like the adwords put some kind of codes that links to their system and then redirects the user to my site, and maybe that's one of the reason that you do not take credit of the link.
