pp question

I already have a fake id pp acc, but it is a hassle to operate it, and I am always in distress of losing funds on it. So I was thinking of renting a Singapore Virtual Office (because they are cheap) and using an US bank acc with my real address (which is in non supported countries) for withdrawls. Would that be against ToS? I have read ToS, but they don't mention that specific issue there.
