PP put 21 day hold on a seasoned EB account, then 5 days of instant funds - I canceled an order (PER Customer request) and they now put a 21 day hold on my funds. WTF. So I made a 2nd PP account on one of my EB accounts. On PP1 (with same info) funds are instant. But on PP2, they have been held for 21 days for about 2 months. Then 5 days ago they became instant funds available on each sale. I made 10 sales for about $800, then they seemed to go instant. FYI Then some dumb customer asked to cancel an order since their credit card wasn't going thru, well I like to be nice and agreed. Then the next few sales that came thru are all 21 day holds again. I rock at shipping , fast out , arrives at customers in 2 business days every time with tracking. This account is perfect... but wtf EB? Why punish me for canceling an order upon request?!!! Luckily I have several accounts and I will just slow sales down again till these are instant funds... but this is such BS. EB is so worried about losing that $8 fee they punish the seller for giving good customer service.
