I dont know... At the beginning you were really great and even the best. But recently, especially since you started growing (fastest growing according to yourself) and more and more new supporters came in, it got worse and worse. Especially since I upgraded to Reseller Hositng there is new and old problems everyday(!). Mostly related to your Firewall. Your supporters solution to add my dynamic IP to the firewall does not help much, if my IP changes every 24 hours and I have other people who would want to access their accounts (as the word reseller might suggest). I had more tickets with you the past 1-2 weeks then all the 1 1/2 years before, since I am customer. I am not happy anymore and I am not the only one, especially about the firewall issues many people complain. ( @ https://members.poweruphosting.com/ after login ) Nothing works anymore, not any of my sites can be logged in to, not any of my CPanel work, WHM does not work. I cant even access your membership area to make a ticket... Somehow I know you will "add my ip to your whitelist" (or whatever else it is you are actually doing there in the background) and it may work again for some hours, but only for me ... Or until I have a power outage, like yesterday (and my IP changes)... I believe it comes to a point you should start to inform people in your sales thread, in the first post, about the fact that your 99% SLA can only be reached if one has a static IP... and even then since I have a new contract with you (reseller hosting) I have not even had 90% Availability, not even if you measure only the possiblity of access of normal visitors to my websites (and not mine to the panels) we could reach 99% since the new contract... This is 100% unacceptable ! I am going to review poweruphosting in a minimum of 48-72 hours from now, about my experiences with them. It is up to you, poweruphosting / Udit Goenka, how that review (and Im talking a FULL review here) is going to sound and appear to others.
