    At the beginning you were really great and even the best.

    But recently, especially since you started growing (fastest growing according to yourself) and more and more new supporters came in, it got worse and worse. Especially since I upgraded to Reseller Hositng there is new and old problems everyday(!). Mostly related to your Firewall.
    Your supporters solution to add my dynamic IP to the firewall does not help much, if my IP changes every 24 hours and I have other people who would want to access their accounts (as the word reseller might suggest).

    I had more tickets with you the past 1-2 weeks then all the 1 1/2 years before, since I am customer.

    I am not happy anymore and I am not the only one, especially about the firewall issues many people complain.

    Nothing works anymore, not any of my sites can be logged in to, not any of my CPanel work, WHM does not work. I cant even access your membership area to make a ticket...
    Somehow I know you will "add my ip to your whitelist" (or whatever else it is you are actually doing there in the background) and it may work again for some hours, but only for me ... Or until I have a power outage, like yesterday (and my IP changes)...

    I believe it comes to a point you should start to inform people in your sales thread, in the first post, about the fact that your 99% SLA can only be reached if one has a static IP... and even then since I have a new contract with you (reseller hosting) I have not even had 90% Availability, not even if you measure only the possiblity of access of normal visitors to my websites (and not mine to the panels) we could reach 99% since the new contract...

    This is 100% unacceptable !

    I am going to review poweruphosting in a minimum of 48-72 hours from now, about my experiences with them.
    It is up to you, poweruphosting / Udit Goenka, how that review (and Im talking a FULL review here) is going to sound and appear to others.

    And it is in your hands whats going to happen about your business relationship with one of your longest, most loyal customers.

    Would also like to hear some clarification regarding this. I could not access my own website because of some IP block apparently (not blacklisted, regular home IP but dynamic). That in itself was not the problem - I could use a VPN with static IP to access it. But the real problem is that if I am not alone in this I can only assume some of the potential visitors will also be blocked out (possibly a significant % of them, if the blocking is based on dynamic IPs or who knows what) and that is not acceptable, so I had to cancel my payments.

    Our panel is working perfectly and the other day we were running maintenance that was publicly announced as we were migrating our panel to a newer server since our traffic had gone up drastically over the course of several months.

    Regarding the Security Firewall, I understand your IPs are possibly getting blocked but the security level set on our cPanel servers are very high to prevent any hacking attempts. This is done to safeguard all our customers including you.

    No company is perfect, we never said we are perfect, but we always learn from the issues that comes on our way and we tackle them.

    Several of our shared hosting servers were getting old and started failing (that's the nature of any hardware), and the recent downtime was our way to make sure the customers are always up and online where we replaced our entire hardware with brand new hardware.

    I apologize that you had several issues recently but I can rest assure you that none of these issues will occur for the next several years as the hardware has been replaced with the brand new ones.

    As stated before, there service was great in the past but now its plain HORRIBLE. I normally don't write reviews on services and when I do, thats when you know something is bad.

    In the past 45 days my site has been down at least once a week for at times 24 hours or more.

    If you want your site to be up all the time I wouldn't recommend Power Up Hosting. Great price but not worth it if you care about your site being up 99% of the time. If you don't and are fine with your site being offline at least once a week then go ahead, it'll work for you.

    Would be great if they went back to their former glory, but as of now they are just running out of gas.


    @AquaticGamer , im guessing we are on the same boat, "Maintenance Issues". They have a "Maintenance Issues" every week now.

    Shows that its a huge lie that their servers are "up and running fantastic".

    Funny cause if yall tackled the issues it wouldnt happen 4 times in a span of 45 days. Also recent downtime was our way to make sure the customers are always up, well my site still not up? Sooooo when will my ancient hardware be replaced to stop these downtimes??

    I am on the same boat.
    I became their client since last month and almost every week I visit my site it was down (And it is down now). I have to create tickets and tickets and tickets just like WTF I'm wasting my time on all these ticket creations and problems reporting. And yes, their tech support has very fast response (this is good), but it doesn't mean issues were fixed quickly.

    The last few days and until now, my site's down. I open a ticket and they said there are "Maintenance Issues" and they're fixing it.
    I don't know what Maintenance issues are, what I guess is they don't have enough hardware resource for their service?

    Anyway, I would like to give up and request for a refund.

    I'm on the verge of canceling its been 8 hours since I've noticed and I think my sites been down since yesterday night. So I'm guessing close to 24 hours with it being down and 8 hours since I've put a ticket and still my site is not up.

    I would absolutely NOT recommend this hosting to anyone. If you're seriously interested in a good hosting company look somewhere else this is not for you.

    I apologize for the issue caused but I would like to give you more details and updates.

    Hardware failure is in no company's hand. Hardware failure cannot be prevented. Hence, the moment we dealt with one, we started shifting all the accounts to a brand new server.

    I understand the concerns raised and this post is not an excuse at all but hardware failure happens regardless of the company one choose to host their servers with. The one thing we did was swiftly handled the entire situation.

    I know there were multiple inconveniences for you and rest of our customers on that node, but the migration is already done and everything is working like a charm.

    At the same time, we have always kept our customers updated through tickets and emails about the situation.

    I would really appreciate if you provide your feedback post migration.
