Powerful people have control over anything.

Have seen this thing for years and I think this is the thing where VIPs, powerful and influential peoples have control over anything and especially the police whereas a commoner don't get that support. It's like 3 police are guarding a powerful person vs 1 police for 50 common people.

What's your opinion on this?
