A1 - As long as the URL you submit does not have a no-index tag on it, you are good. Also the URL should be crawlable by Google bots, the robots.txt should not be blocking Google bots.

A2 - Yes, you get that right. If you submit 5 URLS and enter 5 in the drip-feed field, we will process one URL each day until we hit 5.
