Potential money maker?

I'm new to BHW, but love the ideas that come around here, some seriously well thought out methods.

I used to import and resell products from China and the States a couple of years ago but have stopped now. I had a reasonable deal of success and because I was subscribed to a wholesale directory website called Salehoo, I was asked to write a testimonial.

I'm sure you've all seen things like it, "I started off with x and made YYYY", stuff like that. Anyway because I was quite young, 16, when I started importing, Salehoo liked my story particularly (plus I wrote a testimonial that was gushing with praise about Salehoo), and it is on the top page on their testimonial section along with a picture of myself.

I have referred a few people to salehoo, who contacted me wanting to know more information, and consequently earned commission. The thing that really gets me though is that I've had about fifteen people or so send me emails and I have replied to all of them, but only a few have signed up and so I've only made a bit in commissions.

Would there be a way to maximise the potential, because I'm on Salehoo's main page?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

15 people is not that many, but the fact that you are the top slot on the review page is probably worth something.

Build a site.

Write a guide to the wholesale business.

Sell and/or give the guide away.

Build a list.

Send regular emails to the list, building rapport. Then, periodically, sign up as an affiliate for other money making systems (ones that you can honestly enthuse about), and send them out to your list.

It will take a while, but a well cared for list of people who want to make money online will make you a ton of money.

Make a youtube video review and put your aff link in the description. Tell Salehoo about it and hopefully they will link to you.

Thanks for the suggestions, there are some great ideas I will follow up. I like the idea of making a Youtube video, especially if I could get it endorsed by Salehoo, and then just watermark my affiliate link and have it in the description.

Definitely look into Youtube Marketing. Read everything you can get your hands on and then jump right in.
