Since each web 2.0 has a different sign-in process, etc., is there a tool to help post on the web 2.0 sites? Something that provides a single interface? Preferably that allows you to configure a proxy for each.

Which Web 2.0 sites does VenomSEO pro support?
    How about SeNuke X?

Can I use it for MANUALLY posting a single article to a single web 2.0 site?

Check out bash scripting. There's a lot of these web 2.0 websites that will let you do an HTTP post to a a page (after you've authenticated) and can post that way.

Wait you need an automation tool to manual post a single article to a single site??? Isn't that what your browser does?

Yeah but each website has a different interface, login process, etc.
    That time adds up.
