When trying to post videos on every browser I keep getting the error

Attempt the usual browser troubleshoots of clearing cache, log out/ log in, relaunch the browser, that sort of thing. If it still doesn't work, you're gonna want to try it from a mobile device or just go for an emulator on your PC. If it's only for IG, then specs shouldn't be that much of an issue.
