POSTing form variables to JS

I am looking to create an automated POSTer that POSTs to a third party JS form, is this possible using PHP or possibly some other language (ASP.NET for example).

I have looked into this in the past but had bad luck finding anything pertaining to this. Any help would be much appreciated.
