I see more and more of the major media platforms that allow you to post with your facebook profile. I can pick my corporate profile and post comments.

Do you think it has any positive seo effect ?

It probably wouldn't have a direct effect on SEO, although I suppose if you post useful comments that people 'like', then it could has an indirect effect on SEO through inbound links.

If your FB Page has a link to your money site, I don't see why it wouldn't have an even better effect than using basic web 2.0s for commenting simply because of the strength of the FB domain. I have been kicking this idea around for a while but haven't done any heavy linking yet. I haven't seen anyone here talking about leveraging Facebook in this manner but am also interested in what others think or if anyone has done this and gotten results, good or bad.

Yeah it should have some positive effect.. but I'm just not sure. I believe that facebook may be ranking even better than most Web 2.0's and I have lots and lots of articles and a few links to the money site there.. so somehow it should do something..

Doesnt make any difference to rankings but you really wouldnt want to tarnish your own reputation.

    Dear,
Social Media Campaigns will not directly affect your SEO but definitely boost traffic on your site. Increase in traffic will affect your SEO.
