Posting 20-30 ADS A DAY ON CL WHAT EXACTLY DO I NEED.

All ive beem seeing on the forums is that you need PVAs and Proxies well i remember a time when you didint need all this to post..but anyway can someone just give me a little guide on what i need to post about 20-30 ads everyday on CL...thanks
