The best app for this purpose is RSS Graffiti

wordbooker seems to be exactly what I need, however when I clicked on the link in Facebook to read more about my post, I noticed the URL for the post had /?ref=nf added in front of it.

Not sure what that is but I dont like it.

cnick79, do you have any idea if that can be removed?

I'm not sure what the /?ref=nf is. I do not see anything like that on my links.

I figured it. It has an option "Action Link Option :" with the option "Read Full Article".

If set, when you click on the "Read Full Article" in the facebook post, the URL gets the /?ref=nf added to it.

So I have set the "Action Link Option :" to None, so theres no "Read Full Article" link. You can still click the title to link to the wordpress post

I have my User Level: Action Link Option set to "Same As Blog" and my Blog Level: Action Link Option set to "Read Full Article".
