Post to reddit from twitter or FB possible?

I have setup that everything I post to my twitter account get's posted on my facebook business site too. Now I was wondering if it is possible to do the same with reddit?

Is there any free tool that can do it or maybe something build in?

Have you tried https://ifttt.com/connect/reddit/twitter?

Thank you very much, so far it looks exactly like what I wanted, but as soon as I connect to Reddit I get the screen below, do you know how to complete it?

I tried to insert my twitter username in there and in TEXT just NEWS but it says error?!

@RuthSam Have you connected both your twitter and reddit account? You need them to be connected to IFTTT in order for the script to work.

well, I started to connect Twitter to IFTTT that worked just fine, but I was unable to connect REDDIT the same place in the pull down menu Reddit was not listed at all. So I went through to the option with "this and THAT" picked reddit and then this screen came up!

Just so you are aware you need a reddit account that can create sub reddit. Else you won't be able to connect and post automatically.
