Hey ya all, No doubt, Google has really put some shiver into a lot of people spine lately. It is not uncommon to see lots of thread from people wanting to know what really works after the several updates that labelled all tactics WRONG. Here is my opinion and test: 1. First of all, i have come to understand that virtually all the methods we use in the past are still effective (except blog networks), we only need to be a bit smarter and ahead of the game. 2. Panda was targeted at crap content, always use unique content through out your back link and you will be safe. I have never really supported the idea of scraped crap content by various so called SEO Experts. 3. Penguin was targeted at over optimization. Get familiar with over optimization here http://www.seomoz.org/blog/recovering-from-the-penguin-update-a-true-story. If you are building link do not just use one anchor, ensure you diversify, use the live link without anchor and so on. Strategies Article directories Web directories WIKI Social bookmarking Social networking Blog comment Guest blogging Press release Web 2.0 Link pryamid Private networks not blog network that cost me $$$$$$ And many more. I use manual and software, for places where i can not get everything done, i finish it up manually. SEO is no longer a cheap dirty game. To all ya success out there!
