Depends mostly on quality/age of account and IPs.
If the account is older you should be able to post more daily something in range of 5-10.
With newer account I would do 1-3 posts a day.
But if your IPs are poor quality, you will get banned by any amount of posting regardless of age/karma.

Reports are a significant factor on ban rate.
If the posts don't get reported you can post several of them, however if you're spamming and getting reported for your posts then post less times per account unless you don't care if they get banned.

i got a problem these days via reddit i got suspended after i post On nswf subreddit idk why ive tried to gane karma first and i used a proxey i tried everything thing and still got banned Every time when i post anyone have a solution for this pb ??? should i change the device ??

Well depending on which proxies you have, you can set automatic rotation on every few mins or if you have manual rotation rotate via link or on panel. If using static or datacenter proxies you have to probably request replacement or purchase new ips.

Any 4g/5g mobile will do just fine for general purpose. You can use vpn but reddit is a lot stricter when using vpns so it is easier to use mobile or residential proxies.
