Post a job on Upwork

Hey. I'm looking for someone from the US or UK to post a job for me on Upwork and contact certain freelancers in order to get their contact information. I'm from a third-world country so I can't get the right freelancers to apply to my postings. Let me know if you can help me and the cost of doing it.
