I was looking over a potential customers website traffic for the last few months and I am truly amazed at what I found.
Here are some of the stats pulled from Quantcast.

    January:

    Visits: 2,984,230
    People: 412,563

    February:

    Visits: 3,174,244
    People: 452,950

    March:

    Visits: 209,039
    People: 79,941

    (HOLY SHIT BATMAN)

    April:

    Visits: 1029
    People:756

    (No Fucking Way Man WTF?)

    May:

    Visits: 386
    People:248

    (Seriously . . .)

This client should be fairly easy to land seeing how their pocket is crying at the moment. No idea if this is actually from Panda, or for other reason, but their site hasn't changed at all. I'm planning on sending them a resume with some charts and examples hopefully land a skype interview or something since they are currently in Korea.

If anyone has any resources or anything on how to write a good SEO resume please it would be appreciated.

The exact same thing happend for me and a lot of other peeps. Untill now there is no offical explanation for it. But me (and a lot of other peopele) think it's another google get horney update. I personally don't touch my sites anymore for a few weeks because I have no clue what's going on, I completly built my site with white hat and still it's the "same" as blackhat",

So I just leave it here for a few weeks

Penguin was in April. Why did they lose 75% of traffic in March?

That's amazing I would be so depressed... On your resume I would just include a bunch of ranking proof and explain to them why their rankings have failed and why you can change that provide proof... So on

That pretty much happened to one of my websites but instead of trying to recover, I moved domains and just transferred content ... took about a month but I got all my traffic back.

Right now I'm trying to come up with a sales pitch to really get them as a client, the only problem is I've never had to sell what I do.

They might not be willing to spend the money if the drop has been that long. Could be an abandoned project.
