Possible to subpoena my info from PREVIOUS domain registrar and webhost?

Hi guys, I need your opinion on this.
I purchased a domain name using a US based registrar, and then I used blogger to host the domain.
On the blog, I posted some downloadable adult videos that infringes on the copyright of an amateur-owned website, not a big studio or anything.
After about 6 months, the owner of the videos found out about my website and started diligently filing complaints to my domain registrar, asking to reveal my whois info,
    and filing DMCA to blogger.
My domain registrar didn't do anything but forward the complaints to my email, suggesting that I contact the complainant to resolve the issue, which I did not do.
Blogger, on the other hand, deleted my blog and terminated my account after about 20 DMCA reports.

What I am planning to do now is this:
    1) Transfer the domain to an offshore domain registrar.
    2) Host my blog on an offshore webhost

    Now my questions are:
After I have completed the domain transfer, can my information still be subpoenaed from the PREVIOUS domain registrar?
And can my information still be subpoenaed from Blogger even though Blogger has deleted the blog and terminated the account?

Any advice/opinion will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Anything can be subpoenaed pretty much. if you stopped infringing, maybe they would leave you alone? The question is if you can get representation it usually goes away, at least it did for those porn torrent suits back 5 years ago. But that was a whole different ball of wax really. I plead the fifth.

Back in the day, Torrent freaK had good links for some internet freedom foundation, which was like 4 computers back for me.

So it's pointless to transfer my domain to a new registrar?

Are those videos so profitable for you that you are willing to risk dealing with potentially serious legal issues?

Yes, very profitable. However, I am starting to feel that it's not worth the headache.
Honestly I will probably just move on to something else. But I still would like to know the answer to my questions though.

    I live in Canada.
Thanks for the answer. Looks like I am done with that site. It was my first website ever and I learned a lot from the experience, such as SEO and marketing.
Time to move onto something legal.

Why don't you become an affiliate to this site? Both sides would win.

Are those videos so profitable that someone is willing to waste time & money trying to chase you down? Bundle-up the data and upload it to a porn torrent site. That'll make the data worthless and so therefore pointless to pursue you for any damages.
