Wondering if it's possible if we are the host and provide hosting for client,
to set the wordpress plugin and dashboard to see only certain plugin?

is there any way we can rename or customize the name of all the plugin we install on client WP
    for branding purpose.

You should be able to customize in each installation: yoursite\wp-content\plugins\ [editing-plugin-folder]

Change a few variables in the specific plugin php files and you can change the name while maintaining the function.

If it's only one client it is very easy but if you are wanting to do this across many customers and multiple wp accounts talk to the specific plugin author about customizing.

There's an easier way I think. Install a plugin called Adminimize.

If that doesn't do what you might want to try installing wp multsite. I believe u can install sitewide plugins on network page that can be set to be unaccessible to clients

Alot would go into renaming a plugin bit it is possible. Just Google "how to Zhang a WordPress plugin name". You're much better off just hiding it from your clients and acting like it's not there.
