Yes, you can change it up easily. Just ad a random query string on to the URL and bit.ly will treat it like a new URL.
xxxx://yourdomain.com to xxxx://yourdomain.com?dummy_value=123
As long as as the landing page doesn't use the _GET value you're fine and bit.ly will give you a new URL each time.

how do you add a random query string to the url? never done it before
