Possible to get cheap adwords clicks using vouchers?

Is it possible to use multiple vouchers/accounts to get clicks on adwords? I see people buying/selling vouchers all the time is this what you guys are using them for?

Someone recently offered to do this for me but they wanted a cash payment so I didn't take them up. If this is possible can someone contact me and let me know what you would want per $100 worth of ads.

You cannot use multiple voucher/account. Your account will get suspended citing the reason "billing issue". You can use multiple accounts to use the coupon provided they are with different billing address and CC. Avoid using same IP if you are intending to do so. This is just a workaround and not recommended.
If you need coupon I can provide you be it spend 25$ get 100$(for most of the countries in their respective currencies) or spend 100$ get 300$.(for USA and CA)

Yeah you will need a new card with new billing address to stay away from the radar. Just to let you know VCC just works fine with adwords.
