Hello, is it possible to make a site exactly like this or web app? I'm interested in making my own site like this, but I have no idea how (obv API and things, it works fantastically)

So it downloads a video and then uploads to your account?

yes, and in a very seamless manner... it's very very fast.. it doesn't even download it anywhere. it just goes basically straight to processing in your account.

I will add that iv'e seen nothing like it and i've searched for duplicates on the web and this is the only one... and it adds to the beginning of every description automatically their tag and link to their site which is frustrating.

Well, to upload the video to your account, you should use youtube api. The part of "downloading" the video, making it unique, etc I don't know how its made since the code its in their server.

I guess the video is downloaded into their server and uploaded from there, makes sense to be that way.

    Nah.

You enter the url, their script downloads the video from youtube into their server/hosting (ytreup.com) and then uploads it to youtube using youtube api.

I can make one. It will download the video to your server, and then it will be uploaded to Youtube via its API. And yeah, just checked the domain, and its nowhere to be seen. Ha ha!
