possible to create a MP account in US with stealth details?

is it still possible to create an account to sell on ebay in the USA or would it be better to look outside the USA for account creation. Every account tried to create asks for last 4 digits and dob and when you input fake details it says unfortunetly we cant verify your details. Have not been able to successfully get around this problem lately with ebay

Instead of using Fake Details ! Why dont you Get an Friends in USA who will help you to do these things for you .. and When its come to Profit then You can Split so that you both Happy
