pop up to youtube channel

I have a question.
If I add a popup to a website with many visits (information site, warez, adult site, etc...), will those visits be monetized on YouTube?
I'm thinking about buying a website with many organic visits from Google, somehow adding a pop-up to each page that shows a video.
Any suggestions? would this work well?

How many views you will be able to get this way on YouTube video ? Why not directly make money from ads on the site ?

I think I´ll earn more money with youtube. Youtube pay 3 to 10 CPM
