Yea actually i could avoid reading something. example: if i saw something that was posted my ropinda, i could just totally disregard it as soon as i see his name above the post, not read a single word of what he has to say, and move on with my life. not so hard eh?

You are very ignorant and have a poor understanding of freedom of speech. Freedom of speech protects you from the government punishing you for your ideas, but not consequences from private US citizens. You have the right to say what anyone don't like, and anyone have the right not to want to sell you something, allow you on their private property, (which is freedom of association) and can do anything legally to come against you for what you are saying.

As for private property rights, you have a constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. If police shows up to search your house, they only can enter legally if you allow them or they have a warrant. Most people simply don't ask for warrants.

People have the right to do whatever they want on their private property as long as it is not against the law, and freedom to do as they please on their private property. You can't drink beer in public, but you can do so and be as drunk as you want in your house.

Your freedom of speech is only for the public and your property, but does not exist on someone else' private property.

So it is perfectly fine for people to create polls for banning you, as long as the admin/owner of bhw allows it.

I don't post much and definitely do not like to get into controversial topics but I just cannot resist this.

I'm glad you said this, as this thought had come into my mind as well. However, in this case I dont think this is just a case of someone having a 'ban poll' just to go after someone they dont like.
Like I said, I rarely try to get into shit like this and the same thought had crossed my mind to make this thread. And he has been a negetive, barating, ignorant ass for going on 4 weeks now in almost every post. Go look at them all... Then Today he crossed the line, then started confusing "free speech" with hate speech.

I mean if you look at the way he has been in the short time he has been here, this is totally warranted.
