Are you doing manual comments as part of your link building strategy? Obviously there wouldn't be a point to manually build n0f0llow comment links manually but there are also plenty of d0f0llow blogs. I'm just curious if you guys do it and if yes or no, what is the reason behind it.

Maybe you guys can also share more details - how it works for you, what you think sucks about it all, what you like about it, etc.

I have workers who are commenting daily and they are doing very good job and there's a real difference in SB posted comments and human written comments :)

My answer was no, only SB but was not the exact answer.

If I find some good blogs that deserve the effort be sure that I post manual comments, but this will be like 5-10% of my links, maybe less.

In my opinion each links count, and if you can make it automated why not to take profit. And so you can use the time doing other things that can be done only manually, like content and improve the website so visitors can have a better experience.

    Thank you

I use SB to harvest and refine high PR, niche specific sites. I then manually register (robo) and post. name|site. Works wonders. I use note pad for sites, comments (use spinning format {|}), websites for anchor text.

I use scrapebox to sort out the highest PR URL's, the rest i save for automatic posting. It would be a real shame to loose a valuable link by shooting away some generic comments. I have noticed that my links almost always stick doing it manual and by actually reading the posts you learn something on the way.
I use notepad to keep everything organised.

How many comments/day does a worker do? How much you pay them?

In my case, I only develop manual blog comments when I find myself in a high authority blog related to my niche, otherwise I just blast the hell out using SB.

    Hey mad!
    Long time no see ;)
Well, I do manually comment, or have my workers do it. Certain platforms are automatically d0follow and AA, and for those I have built templates. They are less well known platforms.

I do a crapload of other kinds of comments, namely to get a lot of various names into the box as d0follow... these are on the manually approved ones. With google's new update having a bunch of high PR, high domain diversity links with a lot of random anchors is important, so that's why I do it.

Depends on where I'm commenting if I keep track of them or not... if they're certain kinds of blogs that are AA and high PR on page, I will stick them in a text file.
