Shoplify, hands down. It's a platform build for ecomm.
Only con is cost. A full fledged medium to large site can easily cost between 500$ to thousands per month.

Woocommerce or Shopify, depending on what you like to build on, woocommerce is if you want more customized website experience since its WordPress and you can play with wordpress as much as you like, on the other hand Shopify proved to be one of the most popular platform.
