I love this forum but today it really was sad to see my post was deleted.

Why? because a few people did not like the Political Thread comments
I posted ? See a few people decide what acceptable.

Just another example of people unable to tolerate others .

Pure example of politically correct speech ...

i to had my thread deleted when i asked usa people what they thought of the election outcome. was it right choice etc etc

Just a Fact:This forum allow people to do anything - even many things are questionable or illegal !

Yet just speaking is damn ? Again Sad very very sad ...

Fact: This is a private forum, the rules are created and enforced by the staff.

We always welcome feedback & suggestions, but we will enforce the rules that are in place at the time of the infraction.

Yes I understand but because someone get upset ?? Why does one person upset over ride another person being upset. I am upset at getting deleted and the post above upset his got deleted .

Hell I have people in this forum lie and slam about software and that's
not a reason to do anything.

I see man many many post people upset at something and it ok ?

What the different can you please explain ?

People get upset, but it's about internet marketing related conversation or along the lines of what you would expect from a forum called BlackHatWorld.

Politics is a very touchy subject for many people. As I'm sure you know, there is people that would die for their political beliefs. This type of discussion is completely off-topic and always ends in horrible flame wars. This is something that we try to avoid, hence, the rule prohibiting it.

Political threads are useless and have no bearing or relation to marketing or making money. They also incite arguments and dissension among members who should be working together to proliferate new ideas and techniques for making coin. IMO threads related to religion or politics should be ruthlessly deleted.

There are other forums that are much more appropriate venues for these things.

Just so you know Superman, I don't like the bastard either. I will follow the rules though because I value membership here too much to let my personal views get in the way of my education.:D

I think it is a little annoying that new members to the forum get flamed or even banned for not reading the rules and posting affiliate links or freelancing or for not using the search and we have to see Jr. VIP's posting political threads even though it has been stressed several times not to do so. The only one that seems to be truly vigilant is Uptownbulker.

Personally, I am willing to discuss any topic but these are the rules handed down so why does it keep getting broken? If I spend the $97, do I get to do what I want? (rhetorical)

It keeps getting broken because humans are passionate creatures. Even Jr. an Ex. VIPS make mistakes occasionally. Essential Clix said once that he expects us to break the rules from time to time as we ARE BLACKHATTERS after all. That's why there are measures in place to deal with these things accordingly. I trust the staff to handle things. An Ex. VIP was recently banned for rules violations. That should tell you all you need to know about how fairly the forum is run.

There are some serious inconsistencies at BHW. Whether we are talking politics, BST threads, review threads (thinly disguised sales pages).

Superman, I happen to be on your side, (in relative terms) I own a few anti XXXXX .c0m's, at the right time and place I'll have forums set up just so that people can play Whack a Mole with each other.

A time and a place for everything.

Yes, it is the inconsistencies that I am mainly speaking of but there is no sense ranting about that....it would be kind of like complaining about "why" your party lost an election....sour grapes.

Hypocrisy much'? Why are you snipping politics here when the overriding theme is quite obvious, especially here? That could've been shared between PM's. It's infuriating, it's annoying.

Hey, the Admins & Mods here don't get paid to clean up all of the crap here and keep these forums productive. They're not sat at their pcs 27 / 7 scanning the forums for misbehaviour. However you'd never know this given the excellent work they all do.

If you are finding inconsistencies, it's likely due to the fact that something may be overlooked inadvertently. Maybe the Admins & Mods had to go to the bathroom, or maybe even run their businesses without getting in between BHW members' squabbling for a bit.

If you want more vigilant moderation, it's up to everyone here to report threads that break the rules or are otherwise out of line to help out the Administration, and many of us do albeit without announcement. You don't have to announce you've reported a thread or a post, just bloody report it and be happy you did something to help out around here.

As to politics, there is an explicit rule posted about the matter so why the bitching?

ADD much?

You should read the post again. Several times perhaps if required. The theme was that we all have to follow the rules here, regardless.

I don't think that it falls on the admins/mods and I don't think anyone else has that issue either. The issue is self-moderation. And as I said before, I thought the "higher ups" were held to a different standard. I don't buy the passionate creatures bit in this case because the rule has been tested many times this week and has been tested yet again. I'm not sure what the consequences are for breaking rules around here, I only hope that they are the same for everyone no matter how many stars and titles you have under your name.

It's sad to have to enforce rules and laws in a forum that is meant to show us all how to break them.
However, I believe the admins don't have a choice but to delete these threads. Not because some members will get offended, but mainly because some members don't have the decency to respect others opinions. Thus the ensuing flaming and insults. Which, in my opinion, don't have a place here.
Only my 0.02$

If One person expresses their opinion then we should all be able to express our opinons.. it has nothing to do with respect.
